张祥,男,合肥工业大学微电子学院讲师。
 

       张祥,男,合肥工业大学微电子学院讲师。20166月毕业于吉林大学电子科学与技术专业,获工学学士学位;20216月毕业于吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学专业,获理学博士学位,师从谢文法教授;20199月至20209月获国家留学基金委资助赴美国维克森林大学纳米技术与分子材料中心联合培养,师从David L. Carroll教授。20219月至今,获聘合肥工业大学微电子学院教师,目前主要从事有机发光器件方向的研究。
