李中军,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,2008年从中国科学技术大学博士毕业,同年到合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院工作,主要从事低维体系的表界面电子结构调控及其在电子、光电子和能量转换器件等方面应用的研究,在上述领域先后发表SCI论文近40篇,被国内外同行引用400余次。先后主持国家自然科学基金理论物理专项1项、中国博士后基金会面上项目1项、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目1项、合肥工业大学校级科学研究发展基金4项,参与国家自然科学基金3项。担任Nanoscale、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Advanced Electronic Materials, Optical Materials Express、NanoAdvance、Advanced Materials Interfaces和Computational Materials Science等学术期刊审稿人。
