谢超,合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院副研究员,硕士生导师。2009年获合肥工业大学学士学位,2014年获合肥工业大学博士学位,2014-2017年分别在香港理工大学和韩国汉阳大学从事博士后研究。2017年9月加入合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院。谢超博士的研究兴趣包括石墨烯、其他二维材料和钙钛矿材料的合成及光电器件应用(光电二极管、光电晶体管和太阳能电池等)。迄今为止,已在国际重要刊物Nano Today, Light: Science & Applications, ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy, Small等上发表SCI论文50余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文30篇,论文被SCI检索引用2000余次,h-因子为29,多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。担任Energy & Environmental Science, Materials Horizons, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, J. Mater. Chem. C, Optics Express等SCI学术期刊审稿人。
