教师简介
罗林保,博士,安徽肥东人,2010年11月入选黄山学者-杰出青年人才支持计划,现任合肥工业大学微电子学院特聘教授。
 

     罗林保,现任微电子学院教授,博士生导师。中国电子学会会员,国际电气与电子工程师协会高级会员。2009年毕业于香港城市大学应用物理系,获哲学博士学位,2011年加入合肥工业大学。近些年从事高性能半导体光电子器件及基于嵌入式系统和FPGA的光电集成技术的研究工作。迄今为止已经在IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., ACS Nano等学术期刊上发表研究论文近240篇(其中第一/通讯作者论文160多篇),相关论文被Google 检索引用超1.2万次(Web of Science引用1万次),单篇最高引用500次,累计有12篇论文入选ESI高被引论文(1%),个人h-因子为58。先后主持国家自然科学基金委项目4项,以第一发明人申请国家发明专利30项,已获授权20项。先后指导近40名硕士研究生,其中有15人获得国家奖学金。2020年获安徽省自然科学奖二等奖1项(排名第一)。曾入选安徽省学术与技术带头人后备人选,斯坦福大学全球顶级Top 2%科学家,全球前10万Top科学家名单和2022年度爱思唯尔(Elsevier)“中国高被引学者年度榜单”。相关成果也先后被“中国新闻网”、“中国科学报”、“新华社”等国内主流媒体报道和转载。

研究生招生:


  本人课题组每年招收具有应用物理学、半导体、固体电子学、或电子科学与技术背景的本科生3-4人,希望报考的学生对纳米光电子器件领域有着浓厚的兴趣。目前本人指导硕士研究生13人,博士研究生1人,多数同学毕业以后去华为、京东方等高技术公司工作,待遇丰厚。另外,已经有3位硕士毕业以后赴香港大学,香港理工大学,和香港城市大学攻读博士学位,还有两位博士毕业以后在香港大学及香港理工大学从事博士后研究。本课题组与美国、韩国、香港等多个国家和地区的课题组保持良好的合作关系,对于表现优异的学生,将推荐去其境外大学交流访问,或攻读博士学位(可享受高额奖学金)。
